As a professional car detailer, it never ceases to amaze me when people will book in their cars in for a professional detail, and then when I arrive they present me with their own set of products and cloths to use on their car. This usually happens when the car dealer who sold them a new car has told them that you MUST use these products or the paint will deteriorate.

If you have been told this by your car salesman, I would like to reassure you.

1. The products we use, we have PERSONALLY TESTED.
2. Would you believe that the most expensive products are not necessarily the best? Inside our vans are a tried-and-tested mix of the products that give the BEST RESULTS. We have personally selected a specific range that includes everything from a cheap (and top secret!) item you can buy in Coles or Woolworths… right up to one of the most expensive Carnauba waxes available in Australia. The mix of products we choose are not based on price or brand, they are based on experience and RESULTS. For example, the Carnauba wax we stock not because it’s the most expensive, but because it actually lives up to it’s price and give outstanding results.
3. Cloths and Chamois are refreshed often (i.e. we buy new ones!). That means the cloths are high quality, soft and grit-free, so your car’s paint remains unharmed.
4. Machinery is tested and in premium working order. Rest assured, we have a lot of experience and training. We use the machinery on our own cars every weekend!
